The company behind the Hard Rock Hotel in Daytona Beach, Fla., has purchased the Nautilus Inn, a longtime family-owned property on the city’s beachfront. Asante Asset Management, formerly Summit Hospitality Management Group, reportedly paid $8 million for the 99-room hotel.
