$350M hotel-residential tower pair eyed in Chicago

A partnership linked to a suburban Chicago developer has proposed a two-tower hotel and residential project in the city’s South Loop with an estimated price tag of $350 million. If approved by the Chicago Plan Commission, the plan by Interforum Holdings for a 23-story, 314-room hotel and 35-story residential building goes to the City Council for a final decision.
