Historic ship in Maine to offer cruises this summer

Justin Schaefer and Jocelyn Schmidt recently purchased the 120-foot, 24-passenger schooner J. & E. Riggin with plans to offer cruises this summer out of Rockland, Maine. The ship, built in 1927, has been designated a National Historic Landmark.
