Large companies improving diversity disclosures

Large US companies are providing more information about diversity within their ranks on company securities filings and elsewhere. The trend reflects voluntary action on the part of companies, but investor interest in the topic and a recent Securities and Exchange Commission regulation are helping spur the disclosures.
