Diversity and inclusion at the heart of Clorox’s mission

As racial tension flared across the US in 2020, Clorox stepped up support for Black communities and other people of color through donations and employee volunteering, and it will reinforce its commitment to racial justice and diversity and inclusion in 2021, writes Clorox Vice President of Inclusion & Diversity Germaine Hunter. Clorox has set targets on pay equity and diversity and inclusion, increased public disclosures, developed bias awareness programs and is holding monthly discussions on related issues, Hunter says.
