JetBlue is expanding into travel tech

JetBlue is trying to expand into a travel tech company to create more stability, says Eash Sundaram, JetBlue’s chief digital and technology officer. Though it only accounts for 7.5% of revenue, JetBlue is investing in tech startups and has an experimental lab for testing new technologies and travel concepts.
