Down the tubes? Not for hotels that join TV Land

The show has gone on, literally, for some hotels with pandemic-shrunken bookings, as they’ve transformed themselves into sets for television productions. The scenic locale and sumptuous ambience of the 796-room La Quinta Resort & Club near Indio, Calif., earned its hosting honors for a season of ABC’s “The Bachelorette.”
