Local firm Mani Hospitality LLC reportedly has purchased the shuttered Wyndham Garden hotel in Baton Rouge, La., for $100. Seller Mike Wampold bought the 120-room hotel, then a Quality Suites, for $2.3 million in 2011 and rebranded it the following year.
