Pandemic-linked financing problems continue to frustrate developers of a $6 million hotel that would be the first built in Ashtabula, Ohio, in 100 years. “As we get closer to the widespread rollout of the COVID vaccination, we are hopeful that our country will get back to normal as soon as possible,” Riverbend Hotel founder Todd Canter says.
