Delta adds quarantine-free flights from N.Y. to Italy

Delta Air Lines will offer “COVID-tested” flights from New York to Rome and Milan starting in April, allowing passengers with “essential” reasons to travel to avoid quarantine. Customers must test negative a total of three times: twice before departure and once upon arrival. Those who test negative upon arrival will be allowed to bypass the mandatory 14 day quarantine.
