European cruise lines to restart services next month

European river cruise lines have been working to get back to business due to the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines and are seeing strong bookings for the 2022 and 2023 seasons. Cruises won’t resume in Europe until at least April, but some cruise lines, like AmaWaterways, think the cruises will not be offered for North Americans until August.
