Pebblebrook sells San Francisco hotel

Pebblebrook Hotel Trust has sold a San Francisco hotel to a third party in a deal with net proceeds of $157.6 million. Pebblebrook bought the 416-room Kimpton Sir Francis Drake Hotel in 2010.
