Hospitality CEO proves hospitable to Fla. hotel evictees

Employees and guests who were abruptly ousted with the sale of the Champion’s World Resort in Kissimmee, Fla., have found a rescuer in the CEO of a seven-hotel Orlando chain. Jan Guatam, CEO of Interessant Hotels Group, is offering free stays for displaced guests with nowhere to go and is working with the Asian American Hotel Owner’s Association to find jobs for the laid-off workers.
