Gaming and Leisure Properties selling Las Vegas asset for $308M

Gaming and Leisure Properties is selling the Tropicana Las Vegas Hotel and Casino in a deal valued at $308 million. The buyer is Bally’s Corp., which is also purchasing Penn National Gaming’s outstanding equity interests in the property.
