Port authority approves JFK expansion plan

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has approved a $1.5 billion plan to reduce the scope of a Terminal 4 expansion at John F. Kennedy International Airport. The new plan adds two narrow-body gates and eight regional-jet gates.
