Southwest Airlines program provides pilot pipeline

Southwest Airlines celebrated World Pilots’ Day by highlighting its Destination 225° program, which provides a pathway to becoming a Southwest pilot for individuals without prior experience. “Destination 225° will support Southwest Airlines by developing world-class pilots who are ready to fly ‘The Southwest Way’,” said Alan Kasher, executive vice president for daily operations.
