Report: Diversity doesn’t see huge shift in 2020

The 2021 Women in Hospitality Industry Leadership report from the Castell Project found that diversity in hospitality leadership did not change much in 2020, mostly due to the COVID-19 pandemic At the end of 2019, the odds of a woman making it to the executive leadership level was one woman in 5.9 men and at the end of 2020, those odds were one in 5.7.
