A4A applauds extension of federal mask mandate

The Transportation Security Administration has extended through Sept. 13 the rule mandating face coverings onboard commercial aircraft and in airports. Airlines for America applauded the extension, noting that the “federal face covering mandate has significantly strengthened our flight crews’ ability to enforce these requirements onboard.”
