Boeing hires, fires to prioritize diversity

Boeing says it has fired or disciplined dozens of employees for discriminatory behavior since June, while setting a 2025 goal for an increased Black employee count and pledging to share its gender and racial representation in an annual report. “By being more diverse, more inclusive, we will make better decisions,” says HR chief Michael D’Ambrose.
