US airlines continue to monitor pipeline shutdown

US airlines remain largely unaffected from the shutdown so far, although American Airlines has added stops to two long flights. Airlines for America said some planes are loading up on extra fuel at unaffected airports and “the vast majority of US airports have several days’ worth of jet fuel on hand.”
