Recovery fully on for hotel industry, CBRE proclaims

Various developments in the hotel and airline industries indicate that US hospitality recovery is definitely under way, according to a new CBRE-led analysis. The first quarter of 2021, which saw a 34.9% year-over-year drop in revenue per room, will be the last quarter of decline for the pandemic down cycle, CBRE projects.
