Hotel reservations improved in Q1, Booking reports

Hotel reservations recorded by Booking Holdings were down just 20% on a year-over-year basis in the first quarter, a significant improvement from the 60% decline recorded in the last quarter of 2020. Further improvement could come in this quarter, although relatively slow vaccine distribution in Europe is one potential obstacle.
