An Alaska Airlines’ aircraft adorned with a giant fish delivered 2021’s first shipment of Copper River salmon. The annual ceremonial flight marks the unofficial start of the summer season. The airline will fly the coveted salmon to Seattle from Cordova, Alaska, until the salmon season ends in June.
