Casino-resort in Greece may break ground this fall

Construction on Mohegan Gaming and Entertainment’s casino-resort in Athens, Greece, may begin as soon as this fall with an opening date expected by 2026, pending government approvals and the completion of contract negotiations. The luxury property is part of a $9.68 billion redevelopment project at a former airport site.
