Going green is going great guns in travel, survey shows

Nearly half of Americans changed their views on sustainable travel because of the pandemic and 81% of travelers worldwide plan to seek out green lodgings at least once this year, according to a new survey. The poll of about 30,000 people in 30 nations by Booking.com found most hospitality providers’ having undertaken sustainability practices, but most fall short in informing consumers about them.
