Las Vegas hotels prevail in tax calculation dispute

Paris Las Vegas will receive a $155,000 tax refund from Clark County, Nev., in an agreement that settles a five-year-old battle over interpretation of terms used by the hotel to promote deals on rooms. Other Caesars Entertainment properties are affected as well by a court-ordered change in the county’s auditing procedures.
