American, CareNow partner to offer rapid COVID-19 testing

American Airlines is working with California-based CareNow clinics to offer onsite rapid or PCR COVID testing for passengers traveling to Hawaii and 13 international destinations throughout Central America and the Caribbean in which testing is required. American reminds passengers that they must provide proof of testing during check-in or register results with the VeriFLY app when flying where tests are required.
