Hotels offering freebies to incentivize employees

Some hotel owners are combatting the labor shortage by offering free beachfront accommodations, job skills training, enhanced benefits and fitness equipment to employees. The hospitality industry added 5.4 million positions in the last 12 months, but it’s still down 2.8 million positions since February 2020, according to the Bureau of Labor.
