Days Inn in Chattanooga, Tenn., sells for $10.75M

Kamalaamrut Hospitality Corp. has sold the Days Inn by Wyndham in downtown Chattanooga, Tenn., for $10.75 million. Rivergate Hotel Property Investment bought the property, originally called the Downtowner Motor Inn.
