American Airlines recognizes rewards of allyship

American Airlines continues its salute to Pride Month by highlighting the importance of serving as allies to the LGBTQ community. “I’m thankful to be surrounded by allies at American that provide me unconditional support, cultivate my growth as a visible transgender manager and allow me to live with dignity,” said Donna Rosen, manager of IT operations for American’s wholly-owned regional partners, who is transgender.
