$100M casino planned on Gila River Indian Community land

Gila River Indian Community plans to build a new casino on tribal land near Chandler, Ariz., now that a revised compact with the state permits additional casinos in the area. The $100 million facility, which is the tribe’s fourth casino, will take up to two years to complete and will include tables games, sports betting and possibly a hotel.
