Aviation leaders to highlight push toward sustainability
Executives from Raytheon Technologies, Boeing, GE Aviation, Safran, Rolls-Royce and Airbus are participating in a virtual round table this week called “Reaching net zero — setting the aerospace sustainability agenda.” Raytheon, for example, is investing in the development of Pratt & Whitney engines that run on sustainable fuel, hybrid-electric propulsion and technology for maximizing air traffic patterns.
