$175M facelift to transform iconic S. Florida resort

A South Florida resort with a history of hosting the rich and famous dating back to the Roaring ’20s is undergoing a $175 million makeover that its new owners say will usher in a “New Golden Era.” MSD Partners and the Northview Hotel Group are blending tradition and state-of-the-art amenities in the revival of The Boca Raton, a five-hotel complex originally called the Boca Raton Resort & Club.
