Hoteliers in the heavily booked Hamptons are entertaining offers far in excess of normal rates from well-heeled consumers hungry for space at the hotspot. “It’s like ‘Hamptons Hotels Gone Wild’ out here these days,” said Southampton hotel owner Michael Pitsinos.
