High hopes light up for Ariz. cannabis-influenced hotel

Managers of the Clarendon Hotel and Spa in Phoenix say they’ve opened the first “cannabis-friendly” hotel in Arizona. Legal for recreational use in the state, the product can be partaken of only in designated rooms and areas.
