Office Properties’ D.C. renovation to add Royal Sonesta

A Royal Sonesta Hotel will open at 20 Massachusetts Ave. NW, in Washington, D.C., where Office Properties Income Trust is undertaking a redevelopment project. The first permits have been issued for the project, which will eventually produce a 10-story office, hotel and retail complex with 427,000 square feet of space.
