Hotel construction projects in Latin America have dropped to their lowest level since early 2012, lagging behind 2020’s first half by 14%, Lodging Econometrics reports. Marriott International leads with 100 projects, followed by Hilton Hotels with 99 and Accor Hotels with 94.
