Ludo Lefebvre goes beyond L.A. with Denver restaurant

Chef Ludo Lefebvre — known for his Los Angeles restaurants Petit Trois and Trois Mec — has announced he will open his first restaurant outside of California inside Hyatt’s new Thompson Denver hotel in Denver, Colo. The menu at Chez Maggy will feature Lefebvre’s signature takes on classic French dishes such as tartare, onion soup and escargot, and possibly a variety of steak frites made with different cuts of meat paired with a variety of sauces.
