Walmart’s chief marketer, William White, outlines four key consumer themes the retailer is following and how it’s addressing them to acquire and retain customers, including offering special perks to Walmart+ members and shortening the path to purchase through shoppable videos and social platform partnerships. Walmart also remains committed to being “a force for good” and “will continue to make sure that the brand shows up in a positive way for associates, customers, and the community,” said White.
