Royal Stays Miami has purchased the Fairwind Miami Beach apartment hotel, which it has been operating since 2018, for $42 million. The seller, Chetrit Group, paid $14.5 million for the 104-room property in 2012 through its CG Fairwinds LLC affiliate.
