Buyer wants to resell historic Wis. hotel for $750K

The investment firm that paid $750,000 for the Port Hotel in Port Washington, Wis., earlier this year is putting the downtown landmark on the block for the same price. RSF Investments LLC reportedly decided to sell the Milwaukee-area property after failing to find an operator for the hotel and restaurant.
