How American Airlines supported Operation Allies Refuge

American Airlines has operated more than 25 flights since the Department of Defense activated the Civil Reserve Air Fleet on Aug. 22 to facilitate evacuations from Afghanistan to the United States. One of the program’s final flights to land in the US welcomed US service members home following tours of duty in the Middle East on Sept. 13.
