Koi Nation hopes to turn vineyard into $600M casino-resort
The Koi Nation plans to build a $600 million casino-resort near Windsor, Calif., that would include 2,500 gaming machines, a 200-room hotel and six dining establishments and could employ up to 1,100 full-time workers. Pending a lengthy process of approvals by state and federal officials, the tribe would transform a 68-acre vineyard into Shiloh Resort & Casino within the next few years.
