It offers nightly rates of $79 a night. In South America, the cheapest 5-star is the NH Collection Bogota WTC Royal in Bogota, Colombia, which offers nightly rates beginning at $42. In Europe, the cheapest 5-star hotel is the Kupava Deluxe Hotel in Lviv, Ukraine, with a room beginning at $43 a night. In Africa, the Steigenberger Resort Achti Luxor in Luxor, Egypt is the cheapest, offering a nightly rate beginning at $40.
