Blackstone selling Cosmopolitan in $5.65B deal

Blackstone has formed a $5.65 billion deal to sell the Cosmopolitan casino and hotel, which is located on the Las Vegas Strip. A partnership including Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust is acquiring the real estate for around $4 billion, and MGM Resorts International is acquiring the hotel and casino operations for $1.625 billion.
