FAA awarded $479.1M in airport improvement grants

The Federal Aviation Administration has awarded $479.1 million in grants supporting infrastructure projects at 123 airports across 50 US states, American Samoa and Puerto Rico. “These grants will help strengthen our country’s airports and the communities they serve by making investments that create jobs and increase safety, sustainability and accessibility,” said Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg.
