Delta starts “no fly” list with 1,600 names

Delta Air Lines is compiling a “no fly” list that already has 1,600 names of passengers who are banned because of disruptive behavior, and it is seeking names from other airlines. In addition, Delta has given the Federal Aviation Administration 600 names for its new Special Emphasis Enforcement Program.
