French resort offers multiple spa options

The Evian Resort in famous French spa town Evian-les-Bains features two hotels: Hotel Royal and Hotel Ermitage, each with its own spa. The spa at Hotel Royal includes hammams, hot tubs and an open-air hydro-circuit.
