Benchmark-Pyramid merger creates 210-hotel portfolio

A merger between management companies Pyramid Hotel Group and Benchmark Global Hospitality, announced Thursday, will create an organization covering 210 independent lifestyle and branded hotels in the US, Europe and the Caribbean. Benchmark Pyramid will boast annual revenue under management exceeding $3 billion.
