Southwest to debut neurodiversity internship

To mark National Disability Employment Awareness Month, a Southwest employee writes about the support she has received from colleagues in parenting a child on the autism spectrum. She is looking forward to the Campus Reach Neurodiversity Internship Program that Southwest is introducing next year, which will mentor interns on spectrum with job coaches to help navigate the company.
